Trusted by Psychiatrists
Over the years, I have referred individuals with anxiety, depression, grief, work-related stress and emotional difficulties to Supreet. Patients consistently describe feeling listened to, respected and understood.
Her detailed psychoeducation, structured, evidence-based approach, ability to break down complex theories into bite-sized pieces using analogies, poetry, or imagery, and genuine empathy really help people engage confidently in therapy. Supreet makes light of the heavy emotional load.

What I value the most about Supreet's practice is her ability to combine clinical rigour with genuine compassion. She provides NHS-backed structured psychological care that is tailored to each individual's needs, with a strong focus on meaningful outcomes.
I particularly appreciate her collaborative approach. She works closely with the referring doctor, providing timely feedback and ensuring collaborative care for the patient. Patients I have referred consistently report greater confidence, healthier coping strategies and sustainable progress in their recovery.

Patients living with persistent pain, injury or prolonged rehabilitation frequently benefit from therapeutic support alongside medical treatment.
Supreet provides thoughtfully customised, evidence-based care for all age groups and multiple conditions, helping individuals build resilience, manage the emotional impact of injury, and regain confidence in daily life. I trust her with my patients in their recovery and relapse prevention.

Whether supporting someone recovering from a neurological condition, surgery, chronic pain or postnatal challenges, lasting recovery is rarely physical alone. Emotional wellbeing often determines how confidently a person returns to everyday life.
Shaping Destiny creates a supportive environment where patients feel understood while developing the confidence and coping skills needed to move forward. Their therapeutic work strengthens this vital part of rehabilitation. Supreet has become a trusted professional within our wider network of patient care.

Clinican-Focused FAQs
How soon can my patient be seen?
Most patients are offered an initial appointment within 3-5 working days, subject to availability. Urgent appointments may be accommodated where possible.
What are the consultation fees?
Fees vary depending on the type and duration of the appointment. Current fee information can be found on our website.
How many sessions does treatment usually involve? The number of sessions depends on the presenting difficulties, goals, and progress. Many individuals benefit from 6-8 sessions, while more complex presentations may require longer-term support.
Are sessions available online?
Yes. Therapy is available both in person and online, allowing flexibility for patients locally, elsewhere in India, or overseas.
What happens if medication needs to be reviewed?
Medication is reviewed at each therapy session. If a review appears beneficial, we encourage the patient to consult you. With the patient's consent, we can share relevant clinical observations to support your prescribing decisions.
Which patients are suitable for referral?
We work with adolescents (16+) and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, trauma, OCD, ADHD-related difficulties, relationship concerns, life transitions, and a range of emotional wellbeing challenges. If you're unsure whether a referral is appropriate, we're happy to discuss the case.
Will I receive updates on my patient's progress?
Yes. With the patient's written consent, we are happy to provide brief progress updates, treatment summaries, or discharge reports to the referring clinician.
Is there a waiting list?
Waiting times are generally short. We aim to minimise delays so patients can begin evidence-based treatment as early as possible.
Do you accept self-referrals?
Yes. Patients may be referred by a healthcare professional or may contact us directly to arrange an initial consultation.
Do you manage crisis or emergency situations?
No. The practice is not a crisis or emergency service. Individuals at immediate risk of harm should contact local emergency services. Safety planning is done in the first session with client and a Safety Plan is shared with them, to use in case of vulnerability.
Can I discuss a patient before making a referral?
Absolutely.
In India, experts estimate that more than 80% of people with mental illness do not receive timely or adequate care.
