Impact & National Contributions
Name and other details changed to protect identity
Supreet has led one of India's largest empirical studies on incest abuse within families; work that continues to shape Shaping Destiny's trauma-informed, safeguarding-first approach.
Commissioned by the Chandigarh Commission for Protection of Child Rights (CCPCR), she designed and led a city-wide behavioural study on peer pressure among adolescents, deepening the understanding of youth mental health that informs the practice's work with younger clients.
As a Core Committee Member (Mental Health) with the Chandigarh Citizens Foundation, she continues developing community mental health initiatives for older adults, extending Shaping Destiny's ethos of care across every stage of life.
Ethics & Governance
Integrity and accountability sit at the heart of Shaping Destiny, mirrored in Supreet's governance roles:
Internal Complaints Committee (ICC), IISER Mohali: Safeguarding institutional wellbeing and protecting students and employees
Fortis Healthcare Ethics Committee: Supporting ethical research practices

These responsibilities reflect a standard of ethical care Supreet brings directly into Shaping Destiny's own practice.
